La pasarela del Dream Downtown se iluminó para dar paso a un derroche de color, texturas y tejidos que muestran a plenitud la diversidad de Indonesia. De la mano de cinco diseñadores de lujo, pudimos disfrutar de colecciones que destacan la belleza y la riqueza de Indonesia. Barli Asmara, Catherine Njoo, Dian Pelangi, Doris Dorothea, Melia Wijaya, and Vivi Zubedi conquistaron la gran manzana, con propuestas frescas, llenas de vida, con tejidos majestuosos, ceremoniales, intemporales, que prometen consentir a la mujer que busca potenciar su belleza desde adentro, pero dejando claro que con materiales de lujo, se puede resaltar mucho más esa luz que se transmite a través de la mirada. Elegancia y belleza de pies a cabeza, enalteciendo las raíces, las creencias, la tradición que abrazan en cada uno de sus cortes, y que los ha traído desde muy lejos, a la capital de los sueños, a la ciudad en donde se hacen realidad. Celebrando la Diversidad de Indonesia en el marco de la Semana De La Moda en Nueva York, se puede pedir algo más? Una ovación de pie, respeto por sus tradiciones y un amor que indudablemente nos transmitieron durante todo el desfile.

The Dream Downtown catwalk was lit to give way to a splurge of color, textures and fabrics that show the diversity of Indonesia. By the hand of five luxury designers, we were able to enjoy collections that highlight the beauty and richness of Indonesia. Barli Asmara, Catherine Njoo, Dian Pelangi, Doris Dorothea, Melia Wijaya, and Vivi Zubedi conquered the Great Apple, fresh proposals, full of life, with majestic, ceremonial timeless fabrics that promise to pamper women seeking to enhance their beauty from inside, but making it clear that with luxury materials, you can highlight much more that light that is transmitted through the eyes. Elegance and beauty from head to toe, extolling the roots, beliefs, tradition that they embrace in each of their cuts, and that has brought them from far, to the capital of dreams, to the city where they come true. Celebrating the Diversity of Indonesia within Fashion Week in New York, can you ask for something else? A standing ovation, respect for their traditions and a love that was transmitted to us throughout the runway.





























De Mi Outfit:


Para mi segundo día quise apostar por uno de los colores de la nueva temporada: Rojo. Pero quise jugar un poco con las texturas y decidí usar un vestido de cintura muy marcada y lo suficientemente corto como para aportarle un rollo girly, pero a la vez muy relajado. Y sobre el usé una camisa de cuadros, que como ya saben es otra de las tendencias que amo y que pienso usar muchas veces durante la temporada. Los complementos quise que fueran en color negro, para darle un toque más edgy a la propuesta. Compartí el look por Instagram y fue uno de los que más les gustó.

From My Outfit:


For my second day I wanted to bet on one of the colors of the new season: Red. But I wanted to play with the textures a bit and decided to wear a dress with a very tight waist and short enough to give a girly vibe, but at the same time very relaxed. I used a plaid shirt, which as you know is another trend I love and that I plan to use many times during the season. The complements I wanted them to be in black, to give a more edgy touch to the proposal. I shared the look on Instagram and was one that you liked the most.
